Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. MacOS Catalina (10.15) and later does not support 32-bit applications, and as a result, USB setup doesn't work. I would recommend setting up your Dropcam using a different computer with lower macOS. You can check this article on how to Set up your camera on a computer to learn more.
