I just bought a used Dropcam Pro and noticed that there is no method of factory resetting the device. How can I ensure that the previous owner does not have access?
All the online resources say that the old owner must remove the device from their account - but what if they have not done that?

If the previous owner hasn't removed it from their account, you'll see an error message saying that during the setup.
