Hi,
We have recently relocated. We have a new internet provider and now we are having trouble connecting our camera to the app. I've reset the camera, uninstalled the app and reinstalled, moved the unit closer to the router, powered it down and back up, all the things!
Is there something I'm missing??

I'm just another Google Nest customer, and cannot tell what exactly is going wrong in your case, but were you able to do a successful "factory reset" (not a "Restart"), as described in the Help link below, where at 10 seconds the status light blinks yellow 4 times with a countdown tone, and at 12 seconds the status light is a steady yellow , with a confirmation tone?

I pressed the reset button but not for that length of time. l'll give this a try and follow up. Thx
