Reconnect to wifi

I have come home to find my camera is offline, I can't reconnect it to the WiFi,  any suggestions I've tried restarting camera, WiFi etc i can't scan code but I set up originally without it as have all the information required to  normally restart. Any ideas would be appreciated please.

This may not work but it does for me. Im no expert either just a bewildered user...

One of my battery cams has a habit of going offline and staying offline when a strong wifi signal is present. After messing around for months doing all sorts of stuff to no avail when it happens now i just plug the power cable in for a while 15-30 mins thereabouts and for some reason unknown to me it just starts working again.
