How do I get camera notifications during specific hours only? For example, I want to know if someone approaches while I'm sleeping. However, I don't want to be notified all day every 10 minutes when somebody walks by the front of the house. This should be very very easy to implement. It's an obvious feature.

Same. It becomes very convoluted to get so many notifications that I dont always recognize when its something that I would want to be notified about such as when Im sleeping or not myself or the kids all day on a weekend.

Exactly. It would be good to be alerted only if someone is at my front door when we’re sleeping. There should be a timer function.

Hi folks,
I'm afraid this feature is not available. The closest feature you can try is setting up Routines. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us and we're always looking for ways to improve. We'll take this as feedback and pass this information to our team. Let me know if I can assist you with anything else, otherwise I will be locking this thread in 24 hours.
Regards,
Steve

Unfortunately, the newer Google Nest cameras and doorbells released starting in 2021 that work ONLY in the Google Home app are missing the "Schedule" capability that is present in our older cameras and doorbells that work in the Google Nest app.
