Recordings freeze when a person is near

I have an issue when anytime a person approaches my Nest CAM it will freeze the recorded video. This has been happening for 6 months to a year. Any other video records with no issues so basically anyone within the front door area that is trying to ring the doorbell or knock on the door will only get recorded for the 1st few seconds then the video will freeze. I have viewed the video on the app on my phone and on the web but the results are the same.

I would appreciate any feedback on how to resolve this issue.

A few questions: what type of Nest cameras do you have? Do you have an iOS or Android device? Does the issue occur on multiple mobile devices or cameras? Also, are you using the Google Home or the Nest app?
