Is there a way to view my Nest camera history in those darked-out segments when "No events were detected?" Someone stole a package from our front steps in one of those black-out segments and I'm wondering if it's possible to get to the raw feed so I can view what happened. Thanks.

If you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription (24/7 video history for 10 days plus event video history for 60 days) rather than a Nest Aware subscription (event video history for 30 days), you can view all history for the most recent 10 days.
(If you have the battery camera, it has to be plugged in with the optional power cable in order to record 24/7.)

Thanks so much. My camera is plugged in. Do you know how to access the full event history? Right now it says, "events not detected" and that section is greyed out and inaccessible. Any clues on how to access?

Hello, I'm an end user like you. Short answer. If you are only paying for the NEST AWARE plan then the system only goes into RECORD when it sees motion. The footage in those gray areas do not exist. For that very reason I pay extra for the NEST AWARE PLUS subscription so that the camera records 24/7. This ability is a big feature of the NEST cameras because I have tried many of the other cameras on the market and they all either don't trigger on an event or they cut off the start of the end of the event and you don't get to see what you need to see. Try upgrading to the PLUS for a month and if you don't like it then switch back.
