For the Nest Doorbell, 2nd generation wired, how much load current does the device draw on a Video ( worst case amount of AC current) ?

Hello, I'm an end user like you. I'm not sure you will get the exact answer to your question. If the transfer in your house is rated for the correct number of amp (or more) that the specs say then you should be good to go. And also when you say "draw on a video" I'm pretty sure there is not substantial change in the current draw.
Is there a specific problem you are running into?
Also, here is a link to the specs for the one you are asking about. It says:
12 V AC – 24 V AC; requires an 8 VA transformer and wired doorbell. Keep in mind the voltage must be in that range but the 8VA is the minimum. If you have a transformer that says 10 VA or more then it should still work just fine.
