My doorbell (battery) is installed, but it keeps prompting me to remount device to see live video. I have remounted doorbell several times, and no change.

We have the Nest Hello doorbells and so am not familiar with the "mount/remount" issues with the new doorbells and cameras. All I can suggest is looking at either of the videos in this Google Nest Help topic to make sure the doorbell is mounted correctly:
