Remove mounting plate for Nest Cam with Floodlight

Need help to remove mounting plate. I don't know how to access/release the 4 clips.

What I need to reverse is the clicking on of the mounting plate which happens at 3:10 in the video. Apparently there are 4 clips that click into place that can be released with a flat head screw driver. I just can't find where to release them with the screw driver...

Oh, that part of the mount. You would think that loosening the screws and turning it counter-clockwise would allow you to remove it. If not, either Google Nest needs to enlighten you, or the mounting plate is inexplicably not removable.

Thank you, I ended up solving the problem with two flathead screwdrivers and brute force. No elegant way to do it.
