Older hello (which was on the nest aware subscription) didn't seem to be working correctly. So I bought a new nest hello that was also wired and replaced it. How do I add it to my nest aware subscription?

Hello, as best I remember as soon as I add a new camera it automatically shows up in my nest aware subscription. I think it works this way for both the NEST app and GOOGLE HOME app. Is it not working this way for you?

Ummmm, I'm not sure what is going on. Is there any chance you are using a different Gmail account instead of the one that Nest Aware is on? Also, just for clarity, are you using Nest app or Google Home app?
Maybe another way to come at this is like this: When you go to the main level of the app is the camera that is not showing in Nest Aware there and the image is viewable?
