I'm just another Google Nest customer and have posted this numerous times now. Google Nest does not sell any spare parts. However, Google Nest Support (https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp) might provide one if you are under the 1-year warranty.

At the end of the thread below, another customer found a 3rd-party source that sells magnets that you might be able to use:

I supplied the date of purchase and serial number.  Can I get a replacement for the wall bracket for the google camera

Thanks for the update. Let me take a look at this for you. 

A few questions: is the product new, or has it been installed or working for some time? Did you accidentally damage the device, drop it, remove the cover, or disassemble it for any reason?

this camera has been installed and worked fine.  I sold the home and needed to take it down and move to another location.  It was not easily removed because it was installed with Molly bolt

I sold the home and can no longer take a picture.  I am trying to install at my new home but can not because I need the wall bracket. The wall bracket was left on the wall of the old home because I could not get it off the wall.
