Replacement for Nest Doorbell Wire Connector

The double wire connector for my nest doorbell broke. I need a replacement. It's only 3 1/2 months old.

Thanks for the update. Apparently I have to return it as you don't have replacement wires? What's the procedure to return it.  I already have it dismantled and back in its box.
