Replacement mounts for battery camera

Just was told by customer support they have no replacement mounts for battery nest camera. This is pretty bad when you pay so much for a camera that can't even see plates on a car and it doesn't share video with any devices other than Google. I'm very upset with Google and always supported there products but now I'm reconsidering after being told to buy a new camera if I need a mount.

• Open the Google Home app

• At the top right, tap your account.
• Tap Feedback 

• tap the type of device you'd like to submit feedback for.
• To display available emails, in the "From:" section, tap the arrow on the right. Select your email address.
• In the feedback summary, write a brief description of your issue.
• Be sure to check the box for Screenshot and System logs.
• To submit feedback, at the top right corner, tap Send
