One of the tabs on the wall plate for the wired doorbell broke during installation and the doorbell will now not stay in place.
Would prefer not to have to use an aftermarket one given that it was purchased a week ago. It also seems that most of the third party products require the wall plate to mount.
Will purchase if needed, however would very much prefer the OEM wall plate.
