Replay stopped working

I can no longer reply recorded video. It worked just fine for about a month, then suddenly stopped. My husband has the same phone and he is not having this issue.

Wow, that is very odd.  I think for this problem your best bet is to speak with a Google Nest Tech person.  You can open a support ticket here at this link and request to speak with human.   I would suggest preparing for about 1 hour as the kind of debugging can take a bit of time.
