Retrieve Hurricane video for insurance

My nest cam videoed events tour ing hurricane 

   My insurance companies are telling me it was wind vs flood which leave me in the middle with them fighting. 
I’ve lost my house and will be stuck in litigation for years 

please if anyone knows how to retrieve video it could help me . I think I was on a trial .

‘hurricane Ian hit Sanibel island I believe steps 28 , there are no recorded events in history.

 

please if someone can elevate this to google it means the difference of losing everything and insurance 

walking away vs insurance helping to pay what they owe

Hi @Hurricane22 - first off, I am so sorry for the loss of your house, and everything that you had to go through with hurricane Ian. Do you know if you happen to be a subscriber to the nest aware program? Or are you using the base subscription model.
