Retrieving video on my iPhone

I used to be able to retrieve video activity for the last 60 days on my iPhone. Now I can only get 30 days on my iPhone. I have to use my desktop computer to get anything older than that. The video and audio are inferior. I want to be able to retrieve it from my phone.

Which app do you use to access your video history? And Did you make any changes to your Nest Aware subscription plan?
