Second Nest Camera

I’m trying to install a second indoor camera, turned the camera on, white light came on and then a chime. Blue light then comes on. I go to add a new device and it is not found. I scan the QR code, accept everything but the camera still can not be found. What do I need to do.

Just to check, you're following these steps?

  1. Open the Nest app.
  2. In the top right corner of the app home screen, tap the Settings cog.
  3. Select Add product +.
  4. Scan the QR code on the back of your camera. If you have issues, you can also tap "continue without scanning" and type the numbers at the top of the QR code.
  5. Follow the rest of the steps in the app.
