Unfortunately, Google Nest does not make it easy to change Wi-Fi settings . When moving to a new physical address, the easiest approach from Google Nest's perspective is to set up your Wi-Fi router/modem at your new address with the same network name (SSID) and password used for the router/modem at your old address. Then all you need to do is to update your street address in the Google Home app.

Otherwise, it works best to remove your Google Nest devices from the Google Home app while still on your old Wi-Fi network, making sure a factory reset occurs (or doing one manually if it doesn't), and then reinstalling in the Google Home app on the Wi-Fi at your new address.

If you don't do that first step, then you get the error that the device is connected to "another account".  (It's really your account at the old Wi-Fi that it's connected to.)
