Setting up for an out of town friend

I have an existing account, would like to set up a camera at a home for an out of town friend. Can I set up a separate account for him or use my account and some how transfer it to him? Or would it have to be on my account, under new home, and reset when he returns.

If you set it up using your account, there's no way to transfer it, so it would need to be reset and setup again with your friend's account when they return.
