Your post indicates you have a 1st gen Google Nest Outdoor Camera installed in the Google Nest app, so did you follow the "Use the Nest app" instructions listed in this Help topic?

I think you need to perform these steps while still on your old Wi-Fi system, but am not sure, since we haven't had to do this.
