I have a floodlight with full subscription. Why can't I save a clip of video where there is a person, but the camera did not detect it and label it an event? Why did Google do away with this? My old Nest cameras from before Google are amazing and can do wondrous things... I hope another company comes along and re-makes what Google threw away. Unless you can tell me how I can save this video clip using your platform? Obviously it's possible, as I can do it on my other cameras, you just don't allow the capability under Google. WHY DID YOU BUY THEM OUT AND MAKE IT WORSE? It's like these cameras are for fun, not for real use - except they come with the highest possible price tag.

A year ago, Google Nest's Vice President promised to address this"
So far, there has been no further word on these commitments.

Hi there,
I apologize for my late response, and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how upsetting this may be, and I'm happy to assist you with this. I am afraid, there currently isn't a web app for the Google home app. We’re always looking for ways to improve, and appreciate your feedback. You can send it at any time using your devices by saying, "Hey Google, send feedback," or by following the steps found here.
Best regards,
Brad
