Some Cameras went offline

3 out of 4 cameras went offline on their own. Could this be happening from the Nest servers?

Thanks for posting in the community. I understand that three of your four Nest Cameras have unexpectedly gone offline, and you’re wondering if this issue might be related to the Nest servers. No worries, I'm here to help!

To better assist you with accurate information, I’d like to confirm the following:

  • What specific type of Nest Cameras do you have? Here’s a helpful article about how to identify your camera model.
  • When did the issue start?
  • Are you getting any error messages in the app?
  • Are you using the Google Home app or Nest app?
  • How far are the cameras from the router?
  • What is the status LED light on your cameras?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the cameras?
