Sound Triggers Even When Turned Off

I have three Nest outdoor cameras.  All three are set up on the app and online so that they don't trigger when a sound is heard, however, they all continue to trigger multiple events especially when it's windy outside.  Any solution for this?

Our 1st gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells always record sound events; all we can do is turn off notifications for those events, and we use the "Filter" option to exclude those events when viewing history.

I have turned them off within the app under the Notification section and I still get Sound triggers.  Is there another way to do this?

I can't explain that.  Under Settings | Notifications, we have Sound selected for only one of our 1st gen cameras and doorbells, and that's the only camera for which we get Sound notifications on our phones.  But if we select Sound under Filters, the Sound events are still there.
