I have been trying to get help with my camera.
I have two homes. I took a camera from one home and set it up in the second home. The only way I could get it to work was to use a 30 day trial for Nest Aware.
My 30 days is up and I cannot add the camera to the Nest Aware program with my other two cameras in this home.
Is there a phone number I can call? Please, I have tried everything and nothing works!
I’m ready to give up and get a different set of cameras

A Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription applies to all of the cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Wi-Fi network. So there is no way to have cameras on the same Nest Aware subscription if they are in two different physical homes.

@Twindg, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. If you have the 1st gen of Nest Aware you need to pay a separate subscription to each device, while the 2nd gen will be applied to your whole home structure, that means all devices under that home will be covered by the subscription.
