Are you a Nest Aware subscriber? (or on a Nest Aware trial currently?)
Please sign in to;
https://store.google.com/au/product/nest_aware?hl=en-GB and have a look. You may have up to 30 days of recordings available.
As the Nest Cam group of products prioritise security, unfortunately there are limitations on the length of time information can be saved, unless you have a Nest Aware subscription.
Without the physical product available it would be impossible to recover this footage.
