Subscription Question

I've had 4 wired Nest cameras for a few years - all show up on my Subscription (which expires in April). I recently purchased a battery outdoor camera, which I apparently cannot add to my original subscription. I understand my options are now to either purchase an additional subscription for that battery camera alone (paying twice for a service I was led to believe was already covered), or cancel my current subscription and buy a new one, with all cameras now included. If I cancel the current one (halfway through it's life), am I able to transfer the remaining value to a new subscription, or do I simply lose $90 and have to pay another $180 - starting all over again? Does anyone know if these are my only options (besides having a 3hr history on the battery cam for the next 6 months until the original subscription expires)?

Thanks

@Gringo

If you have a Nest Aware ($60/year) or Nest Aware Plus ($160) subscription, those subscriptions apply to ALL Google Nest cameras in the same Google Nest "home/structure", but full history for the older cameras is accessed in the Google Nest app and in the Google Home app for the newer cameras.

If you have the older 1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions, which are per-camera, you can't get these for the newer cameras.

Maybe this link will help: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9681538?hl=en

If you need help converting subscriptions, try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below, it's supposed to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
