Subscription pending since 11/24

I recently fixed my issues with my camera but my subscription ( Nov) has yet to be connected. I paid for the service but the service isn’t there!! I’m without a camera history. I can’t reach a human being and I’m pissed. I will never buy another nest!  You need customer service back and you need humans to figure out problems. This company will expire if you don’t get it together!!!
