Im seeing changes on the Nest platform. Theres no video surveillance but a few photos. Whats going on with my Nest Hello. I just had my packages stolen and theres no surveillance of it.

Is it possible that your Nest Aware subscription has expired? With 1st gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells like the Nest Hello Doorbell, you only get snapshot photos for events in the last 3 hours if you don't have a subscription.

I believe you can check 1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions here:

https://store.nest.com/account/subscriptions

We've had a 2nd gen Nest Aware Plus subscription since 2020, and so we check our subscription on the Subscription Management page here:

https://store.google.com/subscriptions

If you go to your doorbell in the Google Nest app and go to Settings | Nest Aware, what does it show?
