Switching Cameras to new home. Will not factory reset?

I may have made the mistake of stopping the Wi-Fi at old house first.   Now trying factory reset and cameras will not connect.  I deleted the cameras and other house from google home after Wi-Fi was already off.  I have pushed the reset on the camera but the light should go blue but always comes up green so I don’t think that are reset.   Is there a  time when I should hit the reset button?    Or something else I should be doing?  Please help.

For the newer cameras, you have to press the reset button for at least 12 seconds for a factory reset:
