Talk through nest camera from iphone

Hi. IQ outdoor   I have 6 cameras they work before with no problem. But couple months ago I can just look. Nor speak through them.

• Have you tried using another mobile device?
• Have you tried opening the default voice recorder app or any other app that uses your device’s microphone and testing the device’s microphone on the app? If so, did the microphone work fine?
• Is the device connected to a Bluetooth device that might be acting as a microphone?
