- Could you please describe a specific scenario to explain more about the issue?
- Have you tried opening the default voice recorder app or any other app that uses your device’s microphone and testing the device’s microphone on the app? If so, did the microphone work fine?
- Have you tried using a different mobile device to talk through your Nest Cameras?
- How many Nest Cams do you have?
