I want to talk to an actual person. There is NO PHONE NUMBER available for technical support. If I knew that, I would have NEVER purchased NEST. The fact that it's only a message board is completely unacceptable for a big product like nest that is linked to google. I don't want to use the message board or chat. I want to speak to an actual person. Otherwise, give me a number to a technician that I can actually call even if I have to pay. 




As just another customer, all I can tell you is to start with this link and select phone as your "contact option".  I don't know when support staff is available by phone.

I agree, it would be so much easier to talk to someone.

Google DOES NOT monitor nor do they care about this site.  Google is a social media internet search company.  They only respond when you go on twitter and twerk for them.  Or if you go on the China government monitored company Tiktok and do your dance for them.  And if you do twerk for them you will get a very condescending response that it’s your fault anyway.  Proper call center etiquette does not respond with “hi we stumbled over your tweet/twerk”
