I have many nest products including the cameras, secure, doorbell, nest lock, etc.
You do not allow 13+ people that were previously in Family Link to have access to NEST. I cannot add them as family member. Please do not reply saying I need to figure out by myself as I have another daughter’s friend of same age as mine with exact same problem. I have already went to Family Link and I cannot figure out what the heck is wrong.
Please don’t waste my time (as I have already many times with your numerous glitches) and provide an straightforward answer as this is again something that EVERYBODY with a child in Family Link app that grows older than 12 yo is facing.
