Terrible customer service

Called Nest customer service to change billing information.  When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told “I gave you the answer…I have other customers waiting for help”.   I’ve never been so insulted by a customer service rep…then my call “mysteriously” dropped.   I’m cancelling service today and purchasing Ring.

I must sincerely apologize that you had such a negative experience with Customer Service. I would love to make sure that I collect as much information from you from your situation so I can get it escalated for you. I know that if it was me who experience this situation, I would feel quite the same.

  • Do you have any open cases with us? If so, would you please provide your case number?
  • Do you have anymore details you would like to add to the situation? Any additional information could be helpful.

Again, I am terribly sorry that you were treated poorly by one of our CS reps. I can assure you, we will look into this issue for you. I look forward to your response, and please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with!
