I have tried everything listed unplug replug, check connections. I can't get them added because they just keeping pulsing blue. When I try to add them it keeps saying it failed and to try again??

Thank you for your response. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding in regards to the first question.
What I tried to say is, What type of Nest cameras do you have?
Have you tried to use another charging cable to connect to the Nest cameras?
Also, please check with your phone the following:
Make sure it’s on the same Wi-Fi network as the selected network for the Nest camera device.
Cellular data must be turned off.
On the iOS device's home screen, tap Settings.
Tap Privacy & Security.
