Transformer sending too much voltage to Nest Doorbell 2nd Gen wired

Hello,

I've got a new transformer and am connecting this Doorbell (2nd gen, wired) for the first time. The transformer is 12-24V, 15VA. (I'm in Europe, so the primary is 230. Transformer model is Vermer TMD 15/24.). Everything seems to work fine, but my voltmeter is reading 30V after I'm all set up. Is this something I should be worried about? Is this degree of voltage variance from the rating or 12-24 normal for a transformer?

Thank you!

As of Octs 10 it's working fine. I made a YouTube video about installing the 2nd Gen Wired Doorbell from the US, and a Honeywell Home DW915S using a multi-voltage transformer: https://youtu.be/0JljgaoEEbY  The Honeywell can take 16V according to the manufacturer's website. So it's getting about 15V, and the doorbell is getting about 30. It's in the video if you want to help give me more info on the 30V issue. Thank you.
