Trouble connecting with nest hello

Just got a new hello camera after trouble with the old, this was just black. No lights. When connecting the new hello it worked for few days, then lost connection. The only I can get is green blinking light and nothing is else has changed, with wiring or other. Tried factory reset and delete nest app. Then reconnected without luck. Still the green blinking light.
