2 weeks ago I wrote this:
How do I add a user to my NEST account (Windows and IOs)? I want to allow my wife to view the camera on her phone (Android). I have downloaded the NEST app to her phone, however it requires me to delete the camera before she can add it.
SOLUTIONS?
Brad replied but I could not access the 'link' he listed in the reply as "here". The conversation was locked so I started a new conversation to indicate that the link was not working. Now Garret has joined the conversation with no reply to my problem with the link AND he has locked the conversation AGAIN.
FIRST, please give me some time to respond to your replies BEFORE you lock the conversation.
SECOND, please see the original question and supply an active link or appropriate direction on how to access it.
I appreciate your time but I need more time to review and act before you lock.

I believe what you need to do is share the devices in your home with family members but the link will show what you can and can't share - it seems that what the app thinks you are trying to do it set up a camera new, owned by your wife, instead of connect to a camera you are trying to share with your wife

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am terribly sorry to hear that you have had such a hard time with this! I would love to look into this issue further and help find a solution for you. First off, I have some questions I’d like to ask you.
Do you still need help with this issue?
What troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?
Have you tried to restart your device if you haven’t already?
If the restart didn’t work, have you tried to do a Factory Reset? This would be a last resort option, but would clear out issues and the device would essentially be ‘brand new’
