Nest cam was working on Home app but then stopped showing video. Would not connect to network. Did factory reset, deleted app and profile, reset modem/wifi, cam is plugged in and showing green light, nothing is working. Stuck on setup screen that says "Make sure cam is on and connected to same wifi network". How exactly do I do that when I haven't even reached that step in setup? This process is incredibly frustrating and poorly designed.

You should be getting a pulsing blue light, not a solid green light.
Did you perform a "Factory Reset" as documented on the Help topic below (not a "Restart")? Did the status light change to a solid yellow at 12 seconds and did you get a confirmation tone?

Thanks so much for that info, I still have a solid green light. I followed the instructions online for factory reset but I'll try again since it doesn't seem to have worked. Your response is greatly appreciated
