I realized about a month ago that I was unable to playback event video history.
I’ve made sure my subscription was current
All updates current
Updated and restarted phone
Removed and reinstalled cameras to try and start over.
Still nothing!

I’ve been having same issue and have seen others post about it. Anyone figure this out? Might as well not be paying for service.

What troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?
Have you tried to restart your devices? Not just the phone, but also the camera? Removing and Reinstalling is generally not the same process.
Check the internet connection to your devices to make sure it is working so it can record and save the video for playback.
