Unable to readd my google camera gen2 to my app

I have upgraded my wifi in the house, per the instructions I removed the camera from my phone app and now it will not find the camera.  I unplug the camera and go through the app, when it says to plug in the camera it goes from white light then to GREEN, never stops at blue in order to find the camera.

Were you still on your old Wi-Fi network when you removed your camera from the Google Home app. Was the camera online when you did so?  If not, it seems you'll need to do a manual factory reset.
