Unable to remove nest doorbell to charge

I’ve had the doorbell for maybe 3 months now, and each time I’ve had to remove the device to charge it has been progressively harder. This time I cannot remove it at all, it feels completely stuck. I’ve tried using a flathead screwdriver as well but no luck. I’m going to see about the warranty because it shouldn’t be this hard, but even if I got a new one I don’t know how I would install it since it is completely stuck. Any suggestions?
