Hello,
We upgraded router and modem yesterday. New WiFi information and password came with new equipment. Of course it messed every Google Nest item up in the house and outside. All cameras, speakers, thermostat, doorbell, you name it. My husband and I both saw on sites to remove the device from Google Home app. That is what we did. That was a screw up. Now even with QR codes and serial number it doesn't recognize the product. Somehow it is still on the old Wifi information even though it doesn't exist and it has been removed from Google Home. Also, we have factory reset some of the devices and still no luck. This has been a complete nightmare. Any ideas. Need help please.
Thank you
