Hi I live in an old house with a vintage doorbell I'd quite like to keep, is it possible to extend the wires and keep my old doorbell when adding the nest doorbell? Thanks

I'd check compatibility before purchasing:

Are you hoping to keep the old doorbell itself in place on your doorframe and add a Nest doorbell near it on the same doorframe? If so, in addition to checking the transformer compatibility mentioned by @David_K , you might have to run a second pair of wires from your doorbell chime and doorbell transformer all the way to the Nest doorbell.
See the "One Nest doorbell, one standard doorbell, one chime" diagram here:

Really useful thanks @MplsCustomer !

I'm not sure how you plan on making this work. If you wire both, and a visitor presses your old vintage doorbell, the Google Nest doorbell will not recognize that as a doorbell ring and will not send a notification. However, the camera in the doorbell could recognize Motion or a Person event and send a notification for that.
