I have 2 cameras that are connected to an old email account that I no longer have access to. Can I reset these cameras somehow to get them to work ? I reset my nest account and got my thermostat hooked up but there doesn’t seem to be a way to reset the cameras without access to the old email that I no longer have access to.

I'm terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue, I understand how upsetting this could be, but I'm happy to assist you with this issue. If you are having issues with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that you try to Factory Reset the devices and try again on a new home. Do you still have the boxes with the serial numbers on them?
