Hi, is anybody having trouble not seeing many sections (time frames) of video history that was previously there? I first noticed this yesterday when I was trying to review a break in at a business next to me. The history is blank now for that section, and now I noticed that for many more days. Do you know if this is an issue that Google will fix?

I am having the same issue. Events are now just coming up as point in time screen captures but no ability to playback the video.

Exactly the same as JWhit29. No more videos are displaying. Just captures, images but no videos.

I still have this issue. I have the 3 day Nest Aware and have had it for a while. A few weeks ago I no longer can see video when the camera saves an event. It is just a screenshot, which is useless most of the time. I have looked all throughout my account and even combined accounts (Nest-Google) and I can’t find any way to get this working.
