Video History

My neighbors' home was broken into. They are looking for information from several security cameras and ask me if I can see any images with the doorbell. When searching, it only records the last few hours. Is there a way to request or get the images from that night? I hope your help.

If you do NOT have a Nest Aware subscription and are therefore getting access to event video history for the most recent 3 hours only, that's all of the video history that's available. For it to be otherwise would mean Google Nest would have to secretly be retaining your video history without your knowledge.
