I just renewed my subscription because I need to pull video from prior to renewing at 2:30 p.m. EST on 3/11/2025. I thought restarting would give me access to do so, but I don't have anything now. How can I go about getting this footage?

If your Nest Aware subscription had expired BEFORE you renewed it, then unfortunately you have lost that video history, and history on your renewed subscription would start at the time you renewed it.
